We accept credit card payment (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express). Appropriate sales tax (MD residents) and shipping and insurance charges will be added to your order. 

Shipping

All orders from ocedwards.com are shipped via UPS.  We offer standard delivery.  Standard shipping costs are as follows:
Orders up to $30, shipping charge $7
Orders up to $50, shipping charge $9
Orders up to $75, shipping charge $11
Orders up to $100, shipping charge $13
Orders up to $150, shipping charge $15
Orders up to $200, shipping charge $18
Orders up to $500, shipping charge $21 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.  We do not ship outside of the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.  Please provide a street location to receive your order.

UPS does not require a signature upon delivery.  UPS will leave your package at the safest location at your address. If you have further instructions for UPS please indicate so at “customer notes” during your payment process.

 Over Sized Products

An additional surcharge may be added to over sized items upon Edwards  discretion.  This charge will be noted in the product description.

Returns

We do accept returns, however, THE RETURN MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY EMAILING OR CALLING US. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you. THE PACKAGE MUST BE INSURED. If you return an item to us and it is uninsured, and it breaks upon shipping back to us......we will NOT CREDIT YOU.

If you ship the items back to us and they arrive in the same condition that we sent the item to you, we will then credit your credit card for the amount of the items returned, not the shipping costs. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE INVOICE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Special Orders

Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The remainder of the balance will be charged to the credit card you provide when the item is shipped to you. IF WE SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM FOR YOU, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

 Store Ordering Hours

Edwards store ordering hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm (EST). If you are ordering by phone please try to call during those hours so we can assist you in person. Otherwise, you can leave a message on our answering machine and we will return your call.
